Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers comfortably registered an easy win over the Los Angeles Lakers in their recent battle.

For most, the game was extremely important. After all, the sixth seed in the Western Conference was up for grabs for the winner of the game. But when Kawhi Leonard was asked about the importance of the matchup, he gave a cold-blooded response to a reporter.

Reporter: “Is this the most meaningful game you’ve played against the Lakers since you’ve gotten here?”

Kawhi Leonard: “I didn’t feel that way.”

Reporter: “With everything at stake, you didn’t —”

Kawhi Leonard: “I didn’t feel that way.”

Over the years, Kawhi Leonard has made a reputation for unintentionally giving savage responses to the media. This was yet another instance of Leonard simply not caring about what the reporter wanted him to say.

Instead, he gave a savage response and quietly moved on to the next question. In the 125-118 win over the Lakers, Leonard recorded 25 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists while playing 43 minutes.

Kawhi Leonard Doesn’t Know How The Clippers Have Defeated The Lakers In 11 Straight Games

Following their most recent win, the Clippers have now defeated the Lakers in their last 11 meetings.

One would assume that Leonard may have a great answer about how the Clippers have consistently managed to defeat the Lakers over the last few years. But Leonard gave a monotonous answer to the question.

“I’m not sure.”

As mentioned in the above-attached tweet, it was undoubtedly a very Kawhi Leonard response. Regardless of how the Clippers defeated the Lakers for 11 consecutive games, they are certainly the better team in the city of Angels right now.

The Clippers currently have a 42-38 record and hold the fifth seed in the Western Conference. They will be hoping to win their last two games and jump to the fifth seed when it’s all said and done.
