The Dallas Mavericks ties up their second-round series with the OKC Thunder with a 119-110 win in Game 2. Luka Doncic appeared for his post-game press conference but was interrupted by very audible moaning noises, likely from a porn video, playing over the speakers.
Definitely the weirdest start to a press conference I’ve ever experienced 😂 pic.twitter.com/xTDIljvoNL

This has to be one of the most bizarre things to happen in a press conference all season long. It’s extremely unprofessional for whoever was responsible for this. The Thunder were the home team, so they should investigate the cause of such an embarrassing slip-up during a televised press conference after a playoff game.
Doncic led the Mavericks in scoring with 29 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, and three steals while being visibly hobbled all game. Doncic’s knee was bleeding and he took some tough shots, falling face-first onto the court and hurting his tooth in the first half before limping in the second half because his ankle was clipped by Cason Wallace.
P.J. Washington tied Doncic in scoring with 29 points and 11 rebounds in a massive outing that Dallas needed on a night when Kyrie Irving couldn’t get going. While Irving ended the night with 11 assists, he managed to score just nine points in the Dallas win.
The Dallas Mavericks Bounce Back
This was a crucial win for the Mavericks who are headed back to Dallas with home-court advantage on their side. Multiple Mavs players took big hits today, with Derrick Jones Jr. limping towards the end of the game and Daniel Gafford having hurt his thumb in the first half but returning to the game later. Given Luka’s injury, Kyrie’s underperformance, and the injuries to everyone else, this was a sensational win for Dallas.
The Mavericks won’t stand a chance if Doncic can’t replicate his production from tonight while dealing with injuries. His Game 1 struggles were a huge reason why Dallas got blown out, but the team responded to every OKC run and outscored them in all four quarters.
Jason Kidd deserves credit for adjusting his rotations on the fly in this contest, with a late third-quarter lineup with Kyrie, Tim Hardaway Jr., Josh Green, Washington, and Daniel Gafford that upped the pace suddenly and allowed the Mavs to enter the fourth quarter with a double-digit lead.
The Mavs got a great game from Hardaway, who has been cold since February. He was injured for their first-round series against the Clippers but has earned a larger chance in the playoff rotation after tonight’s 17 points.
The Thunder need to match the Mavericks’ physicality, with the referees biting their whistle more in Game 2 after widespread criticism for calling too many fouls in Game 1. With the series heading back to Dallas, the Thunder will feel the pressure to pick up a road win and restore home-court advantage in their favor.
