Michael Rubin, the billionaire owner of Fanatics, threw quite a stunning celebrity-packed “White Party” to celebrate the 4th of July.

Held in the Hamptons, the party seemingly had every big name in the entertainment industry in attendance, from Beyonce to Kim Kardashian and NBA stars like Kevin Durant as well.

Only the biggest of the big names tend to be invited by Rubin. The estate where it was held is reportedly worth $50 million and there were around 350 guests present. The party started at 5:00 PM and only finished at 4:00 AM. Holding an event like this with so many big names is no small task, but when you have a net worth of over $11 billion, as Rubin does, it’s not all that difficult for him to pull it off.

Some of the other notable celebrities present were Jay-Z, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Kendall Jenner, Kevin Hart, Jack Harlow, Emily Ratajkowski, and Justin Bieber. From the sports domain, French soccer sensation Kylian Mbappe was one of the big names present, outside of the many NBA stars who were invited.

James Harden was one of them and while he did recently hand in a trade request from the Philadelphia 76ers, he seemed to be having a good time in the company of teammates Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris. Tyrese Maxey was in attendance, too and if you’re wondering how all these Sixers got into this exclusive party, that would be explained by the fact that Rubin had a stake in the team’s holding company from 2011 to 2022.

He built some special relationships with the players during that time, especially with Embiid, and remains a fan of the team. Rubin did not want to sell his stake, but with Fanatics entering the sports betting domain, it would cause a conflict with ownership rules in the NBA, so he had to do it.

Marion’s versatility as a defender and his rebounding prowess, despite being just 6’7”, impressed Gautam immensely. He admired Marion’s finishing ability at the rim and his shooting, despite an unconventional jump shot, believing that Marion’s skill set would have been even more appreciated in today’s NBA.This transformative experience not only deepened his love for basketball but also shaped his approach to sports writing, enabling him to connect with readers through vivid storytelling and insightful analysis.
