Bronny James remains to be one of the top-rated talents in the recruiting class of 2023 and has fans talking highly about the 18-year-old.

Per On3 Sports, the son of Los Angeles Lakers superstar, LeBron James, is now ranked ninth overall and is deemed a five-star prospect. This drew positive responses from fans who believed Bronny has what it takes to succeed in the NBA.

One of the fans believed that Bronny deserved every bit of it as he earned his way to becoming a five-star prospect.

Another believed Bronny was more than what he looked. “The kid is special, hope he fulfills his potential. So much better than he shows. He can go off for 40, or 20 13 10 with 3 steals and 2 blocks,” a tweet read.

“The fact that Bronny was born into luxury, yet has developed the kind of work ethic on/off the court to turn into this player, is nothing short of remarkable. He had every reason to avoid greatness (spotlight, pressure), but instead, he chose it. How do you not root for him?” a fan opined.

This was seconded by another fan who felt Bronny didn’t deserve the flak: “This just shows his hard work and maturation as a player cause he was nowhere near the top 10 after his freshman year.”

A fan praised James for his support.

Per the outlet, the scouting report said: “Bronny James is a sturdy guard, with a strong frame, long arms, and broad shoulders. The 6-2/6-3 guard is a noted defender at the point of attack.”

“He moves his feet well laterally and plays with a chip on his shoulder. Offensively he does not really show blow-by bursts in the half-court, but he attacks closeouts well, and he is strong in the paint,” it further added.

“James is good in transition, has a little bit of wiggle there, and can get on the rim. He is explosive in straight lines. James needs to tighten his handle in space. One of his biggest areas of improvement is from three, where he has cleaned up his mechanics – especially the release – and gathered his balance.”

Although it is still unclear on which university he will attend, the latest ranking skyrockets the young man’s stocks. It remains to be seen if can make a strong mark in the NBA.

LeBron James Says His Son Bronny Is Better Than Some Of The Players In The NBA

Nobody would know Bronny better than his superstar father, and the latter hyped his son up with the bold claim saying he was better than some of the players in the league.

This may certainly raise eyebrows, but there is no denying that James was showcasing ample support for his son, who he believes is immensely talented.

Earlier, the veteran also said that Bronny could average 30 points per game if he were to focus on his scoring aspect of the game. How he stacks up against pro-level athletes is a discussion that can be tabled for later, but for now, the guard is one to watch out for.
