Patrick Beverley brought out the “stink” gesture to the Los Angeles Lakers for the second time, and that had NBA fans sharing their thoughts about it on social media.

The guard, who signed with his hometown team, the Chicago Bulls, was all signs during their clash against the Lakers, and along with the “too small” celebration, he also gave his old side the stink move.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that he had done the same thing to LA when he played for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

One of the fans called it the coldest celebration in the NBA.

Another fan called out the Bulls and Beverley for their 10th-place standing this season.

A fan, in particular, found the funny side of it: “And in between the time of the two pics, he was actually a Laker.”

Not all Lakers fans were pleased.

For all the digs, Beverley finished his evening with 10 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists as the Bulls blew the Lakers out 118-108. Safe to say, the fiery guard made his displeasure about his former team quite clear.

Can The Los Angeles Lakers Win Their Upcoming Game Against The Chicago Bulls?

Patrick Beverley and the Bulls made the Lakers’ lives a little more difficult by taking the first of the two games between the two. The guard had even made it clear that he wanted to end LA’s playoff hopes, and while Anthony Davis accepted the challenge, the side was outplayed by Chicago.

Now, the Lakers have a shot at payback when the two sides meet again on Tuesday. They were on the losing side despite LeBron James’ return to the lineup, but with seven games remaining, a win would mean denting the Bulls’ playoff hopes while increasing LA’s chances of making the postseason.

The loss to the Bulls saw the Lakers slip to ninth place in the West with a 37-38 record. With James still ginger from his recovery, the focus will be on the rest of the Lakers to step up and serve a fitting reply to Beverley and Chicago.
