Draymond Green and Charles Barkley have a long history of going at each other. Barkley, faithful to his nature, has constantly taken shots at the 3-time NBA Champion. More often than not, Green hasn’t taken those comments lightly.
Barkley often referred to Green as a solid role player, going as far as to claim that people wanted to watch Justin Timberlake and he was just another member of N’Sync.
But perhaps the funniest shot Barkley took at Green was when he said that he was talking a lot for a guy averaging a ‘triple-single’ this season. Green, being Green, never held back and claimed that Chuck couldn’t sit on the table with him, as he never won an NBA Championship.
Months later, it seems like it’s all water under the bridge. In fact, Draymond was a host in Barkley’s show and they even laughed it off at last:
“I’ve seen triple-single on my Instagram too many times,” Green told Barkley during his appearance on NBA on TNT last night.

Draymond Green is one of the most versatile players in the league. He’s a lockdown defender that can guard one through five and his playmaking ability helped take a lot of preasure off of Stephen Curry’s shoulders, allowing him to play off the ball.
Even so, he mightily struggled – like the rest of the Warriors – without Curry and Klay Thompson this season, posting a ‘triple-single’ average of 8.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game, far below what we expected out of him.
It’s also true that, Champion or not, Charles Barkley is one of the greatest players in the history of the NBA, so he’s got plenty of freedom to mock most players if they underperform. Gladly, they’ve buried the hatched once and for all.
