Kevin Durant made some big revelations about his time with the Golden State Warriors, where he played from 2016 through 2019, winning two championships in three consecutive trips to the NBA Finals. The former Oklahoma City Thunder player had a very entertaining time with the Dubs, playing great basketball and creating one of the best teams in NBA history.

Recently, he joined MILLION $ WORTH OF GAME to talk about his time at the Bay and what that meant for him. When talking about his favorite teammates, he revealed he had connected more with Draymond Green and Klay Thompson than Stephen Curry.

Durant revealed that he had a relationship with Draymond Green where they use strong words to call each other out but it was all with love and respect. Even when they clashed in 2018, they made it clear it was just the heat of the moment.

Although a lot of people insisted to say Durant’s relationship with his former teammates was bad, the player has been all love when meeting them. He shared a big hug with Stephen Curry in the first game of the season, he has been talking to Klay Thompson about his ACL injury, and recently, he had Draymond as a guest on his ‘The ETCs’ podcast.

This might have ended badly for them but there’s always love and respect between Durant and the Warriors’ original Big 3. He talked about the most talented players he’s played with and picked Curry and Thompson among those five. KD knew that going to Golden State was going to be fun and time confirmed that.

He revealed that he joined the Dubs because he wanted to feel the same he felt in 2012, playing in the Finals and competing for the title. He did it, he won two titles and two Finals MVP, leaving a huge mark on the team’s history.
