Back in 2016, Stephen Curry was having a terrific season, demonstrating he was already one of the best players in the world. Coming off a season when he became an NBA champion for the first time, the point guard raised the bar and took his game to the next level.
Chef Curry was really a menace against the rest of the league and his numbers were the biggest proof of that. Recently, one NBA fan remembered how great he was back in the day, using a very curious caption to share a pic with a graphic that showed Curry’s numbers during the season. He ranked 1st in seven separate categories.

While some fans started reminding people how that season ended for Curry, others gave flowers to the 3x NBA champion and the level he had during that bittersweet campaign for him and the Golden State Warriors.

Curry became the first and so far only unanimous NBA MVP after that campaign and that shows how incredible he was. He was even compared to Michael Jordan after such a great season that saw his team winning 73 games while he cooked everybody night in and night out. The Warriors were very good that year and Steph was on another planet and you have to respect that.
His 2015/16 season will go down as one of the best single seasons in NBA history and we’re pretty sure a lot of kids will ask how great this man was during his best campaign.
