By looking at the list, the biggest surprise is that CP3 is ranked higher than Curry. No offense to Paul, he is a breathtaking player, but when it comes to having a better resume, Steph is way ahead in that regard.
The Warriors superstar is a 3x NBA champion, 2x regular-season MVP, and has played a huge role in most NBA teams now relying on 3-point shooting.
So, it is quite confusing why Steph is ranked lower than Paul. There is no doubt that Steph will be a first-ballot Hall of Famer though. Moreover, he has been the best point guard in the league for most of the last decade as well.
The second thing that might infuriate fans a bit is Kemba Walker and John Wall being ranked higher than the youngest-ever MVP in NBA history, Rose. It is true that Rose’s career derailed following numerous injury troubles. But the same can be said for Wall. As for Kemba, he is yet to truly prove himself in the postseason.
The last thing that could be considered a bit controversial is Irving being ranked lower than Dame. Irving is a former NBA champion and has been to the finals four times in his career.
