Patrick Beverley has been traded again after a brief period with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Controversial point guard saw his tenure on the Purple and Gold come to an end after half a season at Crypto.com Arena.

Beverley was really happy to be on the Lakers, as he even explained why it was different than being on the Los Angeles Clippers, the other team in the city. However, his dream came to an abrupt end after the Lakers sent him to the Orlando Magic in exchange for Mo Bamba.

The Purple and Gold made a major roster overhaul before the trade deadline struck, sending Russell Westbrook to the Utah Jazz and landing three interesting players in this multiple-team deal. Moreover, they also got rid of Beverley, who failed to make an impact on the squad.

Shams Charania Took A Hilarious Revenge On Patrick Beverley

Before he was traded to the Orlando Magic, Beverley was paying close attention to all the moves around the NBA and even had a take on the Shams Charania-Adrian Wojnarowski unofficial war. This year, Woj was on a tear, breaking trade after trade, while Shams tried to keep up at first.

“I see Woj been in the gym. He giving Shams trouble this year,” Beverley wrote on Twitter.

The funny thing about this is that Shams reported Beverley’s move to the Magic, starring in an ironic moment that many fans enjoyed.

Bev has been criticized around the league for his behavior, and after he joined the Lakers, things got worse for everybody. Now, the defensive specialist has been traded to Orlando, but the Magic won’t keep him on the roster.

Things have changed a lot for Beverley since he left the Los Angeles Clippers, first being traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves, then to the Los Angeles Lakers, and now to the Magic. He’ll hit free agency after the Magic waive, and a potential reunion with the Timberwolves could happen.
