  • Curry and Young hit the court for an offseason training session
  • The two stars trained together in the last offseason as well
  • The duo works with Curry’s trainer Brandon Payne for skill enhancement

Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors’ sensational point guard, took some time out of his busy offseason to engage in a workout session with another top-notch All-Star sharpshooter, Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks.

Amidst a whirlwind of activities that saw Curry triumph on the golf course, grace Drake’s concert stage, lend his voice to the band Paramore at the Chase Center, and even release his own documentary, he still managed to prioritize his training regimen.

This time, it involved joining forces with Trae Young for a collaborative workout session that has caught the attention of basketball enthusiasts worldwide.

The evidence of their joint training venture surfaced through a recent Instagram post by Trae Young himself. The post featured a series of pictures, including a video of Curry and Young sharing the court in an intense training session.

Both players were seen honing their skills under the guidance of Curry’s long-time trainer, Brandon Payne of Accelerate Basketball.

The sight of two of the league’s premier point guards putting in the work together not only fuels excitement among fans but also highlights the camaraderie and mutual respect that often exists among athletes.

As the offseason progresses, followers of the sport eagerly anticipate the impact of these dedicated training efforts when the new NBA season tips off.

Patrick Beverley Claims Trae Young Will Take Over From Stephen Curry

Despite Trae Young’s omission from the Team USA roster for the FIBA World Cup, Patrick Beverley sees a promising trajectory for the Atlanta Hawks’ star point guard, drawing parallels between Trae Young and the renowned sharpshooter Stephen Curry.

Young and Curry are both celebrated for their exceptional three-point shooting skills, capable of sinking shots from all corners of the court.

While their efficiency percentages differ—Curry maintaining an impressive 42.8% over his 14-year career, compared to Young’s 35.1% over five seasons—Beverley suggests that Young’s potential aligns him more closely with the playing style of the Golden State Warriors superstar.

Beverley went on to praise Young’s role in reshaping the game and even likened him to Stephen Curry, emphasizing Young’s game-changing abilities.

Beverley’s comments underscore the growing respect and admiration for Trae Young’s skills among fellow players. By drawing comparisons to Curry, Beverley not only highlights Young’s potential but also suggests that he has the makings of a future icon in the world of basketball.

As Young’s career continues to unfold, fans can expect his journey to be one of excitement and evolution.
