Bryant and AD experienced success together, as Kobe and Team USA won Gold Medal. Bryant and Davis would play against each other, but neither player was in their prime. Kobe was in the later years of his career, and Davis was just starting out in the NBA having been drafted in 2012.

Kobe Bryant was a big fan of Anthony Davis. And after retiring from the NBA, Davis would sing the praises of Anthony Davis, as he would end up becoming a superstar in the NBA.
