Out of the seven players who received votes for this title, Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Luka Doncic are still part of the MVP race, while Kevin Durant also had MVP buzz before he went down with an injury.
The 38-year-old superstar is averaging 29.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game in 47 duels, shooting 50.1% from the field and 75.9% from the free-throw line.

While this is a great honor for the 4x NBA champion, things aren’t going that well for him right now after picking up an injury.
