Superstar Jimmy Butler has managed to lead the Miami Heat back to the NBA Finals this season, and there’s no doubt that this is impressive, given the fact that the team is missing key players.

Even though Jimmy Butler is likely locked in ahead of Game 3, it seems as though the star took some time to hang out with one of his friends. Soccer star Neymar Jr. posted a photo of himself hanging out with Butler, and it seems as though the duo was at a restaurant.

There is no doubt that some time to relax and decompress with friends is beneficial for any athlete in the playoffs. Jimmy Butler has previously revealed what he does in between games, and a lot of it is regular people stuff, such as playing cards or doing an escape room. Players’ lives aren’t going to be all about basketball, and that is entirely fine.

In the postseason, Jimmy Butler has put up 27.3 PPG, 6.8 RPG, and 5.9 APG for the Miami Heat. He clearly elevated his play in the postseason, and we’ll see if he can lead the Heat to a championship.

Jimmy Butler’s Leadership Is Comparable With Magic Johnson

Jimmy Butler’s leadership is a big reason that the Miami Heat are in the position they’re in. Magic Johnson previously compared Jimmy Butler’s leadership to his own, noting that winning comes first for the superstar.

“Team first,” Johnson said, per Josh Peter of USA Today. “Winning first. Making your teammates first. All those things were first for me and first for (Butler).

“That’s why the Heat are in the NBA Finals, and so Jimmy has lifted the play of all his teammates around him. He’s made them better. And because he’s the hardest worker on the team, those guys follow that. He’s tough as nails, so they follow that.”

“They knew I was all about winning,” Johnson said. “I didn’t care how many points I scored. I didn’t care how many shots I took. I just wanted to win. … So that’s how we are alike. And then we could take the game over when we wanted to take it over when it was winning time.”

Hopefully, we do see Jimmy Butler get the job done and win the NBA Finals this season. He has proven that he is a superstar, and if he leads the Heat to a title, it will be one of the most difficult championships ever won.
