The Golden State Warriors are one of the most prominent dynasties in NBA history, and they are definitely the most successful overall team of the 2010s. They notably won the 2022 championship, and they definitely have the talent to win once again this season.

Shooting guard Klay Thompson has recently claimed that there is no team in the league that can beat a healthy Warriors team. The Warriors clearly have a lot of confidence going into the postseason, despite their inconsistencies as a team this season.

“I don’t see a team who can beat us in a 7-game series when we’re healthy.”

There’s no doubt that the Golden State Warriors have a lot of talented players on the roster. With superstar Stephen Curry on the roster, they have a chance against anyone in the Western Conference, and no one should count out the reigning NBA champions.

Klay Thompson has had a bit of a bounce-back season this year, and he is currently putting up 21.9 PPG, 4.1 RPG, and 2.4 APG for the Golden State Warriors this season while shooting 41.0% from the 3PT range.

Stephen Curry Thinks The Warriors Can Make A Run This Season

Previously, we saw Stephen Curry also express confidence about his team’s chance this season. He claimed that the Warriors can still make a run to the championship this season.

“With all that said, absolutely (we can make a run). I feel like we are a team that’s a force and when we’re locked in on the specific test of trying to beat a team four times in a playoff series – obviously we need to get there and finish this year strong and hopefully stay out of the play-in – that remains the same.”

Avoiding the play-in tournament was key for the Golden State Warriors, and it looks as though they will manage to do so. They are the 6th seed in the Western Conference and have an easy upcoming game against the tanking Portland Trail Blazers.

As long as the Warriors have Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson healthy, they will always be a threat to win a championship. The trio has won four championships together, with two of them coming without Warriors legend Kevin Durant. Their experience is definitely something to look out for, and we’ll see if they can put things together and make a deep run this year.
