The NBA is undoubtedly the biggest basketball league in the world. Evidently, it has most of the brightest superstars in the world. But apart from the NBA, other basketball leagues are also getting attention from the players. The reason behind it is that there are simply too many players to be in the league.
As a result, many veteran NBA players are branching toward the international leagues. Dwight Howard became another addition to that list when he joined Taiwan’s T1 League the previous summer.
Howard currently dons the jersey of the Taoyuan Leopards and has been dominating the league. Speaking of which, in a recent game between Taoyuan Leopards and TaiwanBeer HeroBears a massive brawl broke out.

A brawl broke out in Taiwan’s T1 League as Taoyuan Leopards guard Chen Hsiao-jung elbowed TaiwanBeer HeroBears guard Chiang Yu-an in the face.
This was one of the biggest brawls in the history of the league, and it reportedly resulted in 12 players getting ejected from the game. This included former NBA star Dwight Howard as well.
Can Dwight Howard Make A Comeback To The NBA?
Dwight Howard is already 37 years old, so it is obvious that he has already enjoyed a long basketball career that has lasted for almost two decades. But age is something that not many players can beat, and that seems to be true in Howard’s case as well.
In his last season in the league, Howard played 60 games in which he averaged 6.2 PPG, 5.9 RPG, 0.6 APG, and 0.6 BPG. These were career-low numbers for Howard, and as a result, he found himself out of the league.
Moreover, Howard genuinely seems to be enjoying his time in Taiwan, but it could change if he gets a new contract offer from an NBA team that is looking for a backup center on the roster.
