Dwyane Wade On Stephen Curry’s Shooting Ability: “In Our Generation, That Are Bad Shots. But For Him, They Are His Shots.”

3 Min Read

After watching and playing against him, Dwyane Wade still can’t believe how good Stephen Curry is. The Golden State Warriors superstar has worked hard to be right where he is, becoming the greatest shooter of all time and one of the most influential players in NBA history.

Curry has defied everything on his way to the top, taking risks nobody took before, leaving a big mark on the game of basketball. That’s why Wade is such a big admirer of the 3x NBA champion. Curry is fearless, and that has taken him to the position where he is right now.

Talking with golf GOAT Tiger Woods, Wade revealed how impressive Stephen Curry actually is. What he and his generation would call a ‘bad shot’ is just another shot for the Chef, turning something bad into a complete show.

“Right. I don’t know about you — you’ve been watching basketball for a long time. I’ve been playing and watching for a long time,” Wade started, via Robby Kalland of Uproxx. “But the stuff I see Steph Curry do, I’d be like, there’s no way, there’s no way them shots are going in and they be cash. I mean, how?

“I’d be like, how? But, in my mind, I’m like, it doesn’t really make sense. The fact that he can shoot like that and them is what we would call, ‘bad shots.’ In our generation, that are bad shots. But for him, they are his shots.”

Steph has made no-look shots, logo shots, and more, showing off his range and demonstrating he is the most excellent sharpshooter of all time. He changed the game of basketball, and that won’t ever be forgotten.

Curry created a big legend with his 3-pointers, enchanting everybody with his shooting talents. Not even D-Wade could find an explanation for that, but he knows that Steph is something else.

This past season, the point guard took things to the next level, carrying the Warriors to the play-in tournament before two losses against the Lakers and Grizzlies left them out of the playoff.
