The immediate attention for prospects coming into the NBA is currently focused on the 2023 NBA Draft, with players like Victor Wembanyama and Scoot Henderson being touted quite highly. But one player likely to be drafted in 2024 is also drawing a lot of the headlines, and that’s Bronny James. Since LeBron James said he would like to play with his son in particular, the interest in Bronny’s future has been extremely high.

This is not to say Bronny James isn’t an outstanding prospect, he has proved that he is. Bronny was selected to be a McDonald’s All-American and has since made the USA roster for the Nike Hoop Summit as well. He is highly rated, and a lot of NBA teams are already looking at potentially drafting him. His potential draft position has now also been suggested, with ESPN saying he could be a Top 10 pick in 2024.

“James has earned his spot in lottery conversations…developing into arguably the best perimeter defender in his high school class while making strides in his perimeter shooting and playmaking ability.”

The ESPN draft has Bronny James going to the Orlando Magic in the No. 10 spot. And that’s quite interesting, considering that LeBron James once said he would never play for the Magic. In any case, this is big for Bronny James right now, it shows that his stock is high. He is yet to commit to what he will do after high school, but the options are wide open for him moving forward.
