Jeff Green is about to turn 37 later this year, but the 15-year NBA veteran can still get up there with the best of them when it comes to monstrous dunks.

He has had some incredible ones over the years, and Green believes he has accumulated greater poster dunks than his Denver Nuggets teammates Aaron Gordon and DeAndre Jordan.

“Me, for sure,” Green said. “That’s easy.”

When Jordan’s iconic dunk on Brandon Knight was brought up, Green replied it was just one dunk and he later stated that Gordon’s only got a couple. He then went on to make quite a bold claim.

“I gotta be like top five,” Green continued. “No, I’m talking about to ever play this game… YouTube me brother.”

Jordan wasn’t buying it, but if you do YouTube Green, he does have quite an impressive collection of poster dunks.

He also had an incredible one on Giannis Antetokounmpo not too long back.

He does get some stiff competition from Gordon though, who is simply one of the best dunkers we have seen in a while.

It will be interesting to see if Gordon responds to Green’s claim, as he would put himself ahead of anybody when it comes to dunking. Who’s really better between the two of them? Well, that is difficult to say, as they both certainly have strong cases.

Aaron Gordon Has Had A Terrific Postseason

Prior to these playoffs, Gordon was just known for being a runner-up in the Dunk Contest twice. Now though, following some great displays in the playoffs, he is starting to be viewed as more than just a dunker.

Gordon played some outstanding defense against the likes of Kevin Durant and LeBron James this postseason and has kept Jimmy Butler in check in the Finals as well.

He also stepped up when needed on offense, with a game-high 27 points in Game 4 to secure the win and give his team a 3-1 lead. Green may not concede the title of best poster dunker on the team, but he certainly wouldn’t be shy in giving Gordon the flowers he deserves for his fine displays in these playoffs.
