There’s nothing more entertaining than the biggest NBA stars also being quite hilarious. Luka Doncic fits in that category completely, he is as funny and goofy off the court as he is lethal on it.

The Dallas Mavericks didn’t have the best season, but Luka is still on great terms with his teammates. And he showed it on Monday when he took the time to poke fun at his teammate Theo Pinson, who posted on Twitter about his basketball camp.

Pinson posted a poster for his basketball camp for children in North Carolina on June 23rd and 24th captioned, “Go sign up today!” And Luka Doncic hilariously responded with just three words, saying, “No thank you.”

This is some light-hearted banter between teammates and friends, it’s the kind of talk Doncic would engage in with Jalen Brunson regularly when he was on the Mavericks. Theo Pinson is an end-of-the-bench guy for Dallas, but he is still one of the most talented basketball players in the world to have made the NBA.

It checks out that Doncic is making fun of him because Luka has consistently been Top 5 in the league for a few years, but Pinson is a baller in his own right. Even a player averaging 2.4 points in the NBA has a lot to teach youngsters that are aspiring to make it to the league.

Luka Doncic Is Getting Ready For Next Season

The Slovenian phenom averaged 32.4 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 8.0 assists last season for the Dallas Mavericks. But injuries and instability within the team led to them missing the play-in tournament. Doncic isn’t someone that will be okay with missing the playoffs too many times in his career, and his workout pictures from the summer show that he is getting ready to come in and dominate next season.

The Mavericks themselves have some big roster decisions to make. They will want to keep Kyrie Irving and look like they’re in a position to re-sign him. Dallas also has the 10th overall pick in the NBA draft, and they could get a good, young player in the stacked draft class or use it to trade for immediate help. If the vibes are good from the offseason and they make the right moves, the Mavericks and Luka can remind the NBA world how dangerous they are next season.
