Juan Toscano-Anderson On Steph Curry: “30 The Best Player In The World And It’s Not Even Close.”

Steph Curry has been in, arguably, the best form of his career this season. Curry has been the sparkplug for the Warriors’ explosive start to the season. Currently, the Warriors have the best record in the NBA, with 18-2. And Warriors’ player Juan Toscano-Anderson believes his teammate Steph Curry is the best in the world.

After the Warriors’ defeated the LA Clippers, Toscano-Anderson took to Twitter to make a statement: Steph Curry is the best player in the world. And he believes that no other player in the NBA comes close to him right now, based on his current form this season.

30 the best player in the world. & it’s not close.

— Juan Toscano Anderson (@juanonjuan10) November 28, 2021

NBA fans reacted to his comment, and it was a mixed bag. Some fans agreed that Curry was indeed the best player in the world right now, whereas others believe players like Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo, or others actually held that position for the time being.

It's so funny when people say stuff that makes it really obvious they only read twitter and don't actually watch basketball

I’m surprised I’m not the only one who’s thought that – I like curry but damn am I surprised he didn’t get tossed.. I’ve seen draymond and others tossed for much less

Yes he’s been forgotten. The champs have moved on & re-tooled. It’s funny to see how better the Warriors are now than the Nets considering how bad they used to be the last 2 years and how great everyone thought of the Nets during pre-season

@espn had the Slovenian James Corden ahead of him in their rankings.they should never be taken seriously ever again . pic.twitter.com/kkk9lYztBn

Steph is on a whole level that is his own. Nobody creates more chaos for a defense than Steph. Nobody in the history of the NBA.

While this debate can usually get intense, one fact that is not up for debate is just how good Steph has been so far this season. Curry recently broke his own record for the fastest player to make 100 three-pointers in an NBA season. On top of that, he has been a juggernaut on the court.

Curry’s latest outing against the Clippers showed that it is never a good idea to make Steph Curry angry. He got a technical foul from the referee for arguing with him over a missed foul call. And in response, Curry proceeded to torch the Clippers, even sinking a three-pointer and making the technical foul gesture toward the ref.

For the season, Curry is averaging 28.4 points per game, shooting 46% from the field, and 41% from the three-point line. And he currently leads the NBA in three-point scoring from each zone on the court. Many believe that if Curry and the Warriors can keep up their form, then he will win his third MVP trophy this season.
