Kawhi Leonard Spotted In The Studio ‘Producing’ New Lil Uzi Vert Track

2 Min Read

Kawhi Leonard is currently sidelined after suffering a torn ACL in the 2021 NBA playoff. The Los Angeles Clippers superstar looked poised to take his team to the Finals last year, but things didn’t work in his favor.

He’s expected to miss a big chunk of the upcoming season, leaving Paul George as the team’s leader until he returns to the court. Meanwhile, he’s trying different things to help his teammates and others.

Nicolas Batum recently praised the 2x NBA champion for his coaching talents, revealing the Klaw has been present and very vocal, trying to help his teammates perform well during the time he’s out.

Moreover, Kawhi finds new ways to spend his time, taking his talents to different areas, including showbiz. The Klaw was spotted in the studio in recent hours, teasing a new Lil Uzi Vert song.

The track sounds great, and Kawhi confirmed that vibing as the song played. He then signaled something to somebody, showing he was really involved in it.

The former San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors forward isn’t strange to the entertainment world. A couple of years ago, he appeared in an iconic Terminator promo where he showed his ‘real face.’ He was also cast on Drake’s video for “Way 2 Sexy,” with Future and Young Thug.

It looks like Leonard really liked these experiences and wants to get more involved in the creative process of songs and albums. Lil Uzi is one of the hottest rappers out there, dropping classics every time he debuts an album.

Perhaps this will be another example of that. If it has Kawhi’s approval, then it must be really good. We’ll have to wait and see if The Klaw gets credited for any future Lil Uzi song to confirm that his help was valuable.
