LeBron James On Why His Sons Bronny, Bryce And Daughter Zhuri Didn’t Join Him In Orlando: ‘There’s Nothing For Them To Do Here.’

The NBA recently allowed every player to have guests in the bubble. This came as great news for most of the players while others decided to keep things like they were in the beginning, having zero guests in the bubble. LeBron James was joined by his wife Savannah in the bubble, but this will be a time for Bron to stay with his wife and focus on basketball. The King didn’t bring any of his kids to the bubble since he believes they were better in Los Angeles.

After the Lakers 117-109 over the Houston Rockets in Game 2, Bron was asked about the reason why his kids weren’t in the bubble. He explained that he didn’t believe the bubble was a place for his kids. They are very active and want to do so much stuff that they’d get bored soon.

“Because there’s nothing for them to do. I got a 16-year-old. He’s going to sit in the bubble and do what? I got a 13-year-old. He’s going to do what? And my 5-year-old girl. There’s nothing to do for her here,” James said about his sons Bronny, Bryce and daughter Zhuri.

“Park is not open. There’s only so many times you can go to the pool. My kids are too adventurous and they love to so much stuff. It makes no sense for them to be here. There’s nothing for them to do here. Go outside, come back in, go outside, come back in. They could stay in LA and they’re great. There’s nothing for them to do here. This is not a kid-friendly place to be honest.”

Well, it looks like Savannah’s arrival at the bubble served as an inspiration for Bron, who went off on the Rockets last night. He was one assistant short from getting a triple-double. Bron scored 28 points while shooting 10/17 and grabbing 11 boards and had nine assists.

The Lakers tied the series against the Rockets and looked like that dangerous team again. LeBron hopes to keep this pace and eliminate the dangerous Rockets, who fought really hard on Sunday night. Meanwhile, Bronny, Bryce Maximus and Zhuri will be watching their father at home, hoping to see him lift the NBA trophy next October.
