LeBron James isn’t much of a trash-talker, but when he’s feeling himself, he lets people know. The King every now and then shows that he can go after rivals and get under their skins.

This is what happened during the Lakers’ most recent win against the Chicago Bulls. The Purple and Gold were comfortably winning the game, and Bron directed some words at the Bulls’ bench, including former teammate Patrick Beverley.

“You can’t guard me, you can’t guard me… Is Pat Bev gonna guard me?” James asked an upset Bulls bench.

The Los Angeles Lakers secured a big win over the Bulls 121-110, at United Center, confirming they are a threat for the rest of the league this season. LeBron finished the match with 25 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 rebounds, helping Anthony Davis, who led the way with 38 points for the Purple and Gold.

The King recently returned from an injury and is playing at a great level once again. The Lakers are now 38-38 and trying to secure a playoff spot without having to go through the play-in tournament. Their next game is scheduled for this Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

LeBron James And Austin Reaves Get Revenge On Patrick Beverley

This game was the return of the Lakers to the .500 mark and also meant LeBron James had a chance to get revenge on Patrick Beverley. After the former Lakers player did the ‘too small’ celebration against Bron, the King made sure to make life hard for Bev.

Moreover, Austin Reaves also had a little comeback against Bev, doing the same celebration against him, showing his love and support for LeBron.

The Lakers are getting hot at the right time, and the league might be in trouble if they keep playing at the best level. They are a dangerous team for the rest of the West, and if they make it to the playoffs, it’ll be scary hours for their rivals.
