Bronny James’ unfortunate and shocking cardiac arrest news was one that shook the NBA world, and players — former and present, along with analysts and experts took to social media to share their thoughts and prayers for the 18-year-old phenom.

The son of LeBron James was reported to have collapsed during practice and suffered a cardiac arrest. In what comes as a sigh of relief, he was reported to be stable and moved from the ICU.

Meanwhile, the entire sports world is now on social media wishing a speedy recovery for Bronny.

“Cookie and I are praying for LeBron and Savannah’s son Bronny after hearing he suffered a cardiac arrest. We are praying and hoping he makes a full and speedy recovery,” wrote former Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson.

A Look At The Statement That Was Released After Bronny James’ Cardiac Arrest

NBA insider Shams Charania of The Athletic broke the news and attached a statement as part of his tweet. It read:

“Yesterday while practicing, Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest. The medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update the media when there is more information.”

“LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes.”

For now, there is no update on what the next steps are for Bronny, but that’s the least of anyone’s worries, as the world is glad that he appears to be doing better.
