The NBA world has been shaken up today after the Phoenix Suns completed a big deal for Bradley Beal. After a couple of days full of rumors and speculation, the Arizonians are landing another prolific scorer.

The Suns and the Miami Heat were the two frontrunners to complete this trade, and the former have come out victorious of negotiations. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that the Suns are getting their hands on Beal.

Many fans reacted to this, having a variety of reactions about this move that shocked everybody in the NBA.

One person blamed Kevin Durant for ‘ruining the game.’

Somebody said the Suns will live and die by the mid-range next season.

A couple of people showed their skepticism about the Suns’ chances to make it past the first two rounds of the playoffs.

Some fans hoped that Beal would join the Miami Heat.

Some named them championship favorites with Beal on the roster.

Of course, people started calling out Kevin Durant for being in yet another superteam.

Others pointed out the fact that the Suns have no bench now.

This is indeed a big move by the Suns. They weren’t favorites to land Beal until yesterday when the Wizards picked them and the Miami Heat as the finalists to make a trade for the shooting guard.

After making two blockbuster trades in the past couple of months to bring in Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal, James Jones and co. have a lot of work to do to complete the rest of the roster.

The Phoenix Suns Will Have To Rebuild A Big Chunk Of The Roster

The Suns have only five players under contract after this trade: Deandre Ayton, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, and Cameron Payne. They will need to do a remarkable job to surround these players, or at least their Big Three, with the right supporting cast.

Between Ayton, Beal, Booker and Durant they have $161.5 million in salaries, which doesn’t give them any flexibility.

Deandre Ayton is still a trade chip for them, but his market doesn’t seem to be that big right now. Still, something must happen for these Suns, or else they will be in trouble with their star trio.
