The Los Angeles Lakers have recently defeated the San Antonio Spurs 113-104. On top of the win, this was a good game for the Lakers because Anthony Davis returned from injury, and Rui Hachimura made his debut.

After the game, a lot of fans reacted to the contest, with many of them praising the Los Angeles Lakers for their performance. Superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis notably both got double-doubles: James with 20 points and 11 assists, and Davis with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

rui played good in his debut and we won

Lakers officially proved tonight they are the best team in the NBA. DESTROYING SPURS who are healthy while the Lakers are missing all their best player except LeBron. Westbrook is better than ANYONE now and once Reaves and Lonnie come back along with the other stars it’s ours!

Lakers are 21-16 since the 2-10 start. Lebron kept this team afloat with AD out. Rui looked nice. AD looked dominant. Russ doing his thing. Schroeder has been awesome. Just need consistent minutes for Bryant, Christy, and Brown.

It is clear that fans were happy with what the Los Angeles Lakers showed tonight. Hopefully, their improvement continues, and perhaps they can make a winning run in the coming weeks. In particular, many praised Rui Hachimura’s debut, and it is clear that fans are high on him.

It remains to be seen if the Los Angeles Lakers will make a trade in the future to bolster this squad. There are definitely reasons for optimism, and they could realistically finish as a playoff seed.

The Lakers And The Spurs Could Make A Trade With One Another In The Future

The Los Angeles Lakers have been linked to a trade with the San Antonio Spurs recently, which involves Russell Westbrook. Both teams are supposedly keeping the trade among their options as the trade deadline approaches.

Interestingly, a team insider says that talks between the Spurs and the Los Angeles Lakers that involve Russell Westbrook are still alive… both the Lakers and Spurs remain open to the possibility depending on how the next two weeks play out prior to the trade deadline.

The San Antonio Spurs have some solid veterans that the Los Angeles Lakers could use, such as Jakob Poeltl and Josh Richardson. It would be interesting to see what the Lakers could get by trading Westbrook to the Spurs.

It is clear that the Lakers are still exploring trade options for Russell Westbrook, and we’ll see what happens in the future regarding his situation. Though it is hard to move him without attaching at least one first-round pick, it is clear that he might get traded in the right situation.
