While Ja Morant’s leaked photos of his night at the strip club went viral on social media, they did receive some backlash from fans who blamed the club for invading one’s privacy.

One of the club’s employees leaked the images, the copies of which were obtained by the New York Post, and this had fans lambasting the venue for their “unlawful” and “lawsuit-deserving” move.

“Y’all know this is a ritual… What normal strip club would release private images from inside?… Another humiliation ritual… Expect Ja Morant to have an excellent career… #NBARigged #NFLRigged #Rigged,” a tweet read.

This was seconded by another fan who asked if this move wasn’t deserving of a lawsuit.

“Now they messed up their own reputation trying to be messy by violating his privacy…” one of the fans tweeted.

One of the fans hoped the club would be shut down.

Some called it a wild and irresponsible move.

The photos will surely damage Morant’s image further, and in a way, the fans are right in their rant as a privacy invasion, especially when the club does seem to be okay with all the activities that were happening.

Ja Morant’s Return To Basketball Will See A Significant Delay

One of the major questions being asked amid Ja Morant’s ongoing controversies is his probable return to court, and safe to say, that’s not happening anytime soon.

Earlier, NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski revealed that Morant would remain away from the team for the next four games. There have been speculations churning out that he may be away from the team for many weeks.

This comes as a dampener for the Memphis Grizzlies who are looking to lock in a deeper postseason run. This season has Morant averaging 27.1 PPG, 6.0 RPG, and 8.2 APG and his stellar season have screeched to a halt with his off-court controversies.

The Grizzlies’ coach, Taylor Jenkins shed light on his return. “It’s a healing process,” he said. “If everyone expects something to change overnight, we’ve got to be due diligence and respectful on that. We’re talking about Ja being in a better place… To put a timetable on it is disrespectful.”

For now, Morant has been away from the team, and by the looks of it, it will be some time before we see him on the floor again. Only time will tell if the recent saga has taken his edge off.
