The Miami Heat have recently fallen to the Boston Celtics in Game 7. There’s no doubt that this was a hard-fought game for the team. Jimmy Butler played his heart out tonight, putting up 35 points and 9 rebounds for the Miami Heat.

After the game, Jimmy Butler shared some words with Jayson Tatum, telling him that “it’s your time”. Jayson Tatum is an ascending superstar, and perhaps we’ll see him lead the Boston Celtics to the NBA championship.

There are some that predicted that the Boston Celtics would win this year’s championship. One of those people was an NBA coach, who claimed that the Celtics had an elite defense and were “jelling at the right time”.

“I think Boston is going to win the NBA championship, and the reason I say that is because I like how they are jelling at the right time. I like their defensive mindset. I think they come into every game thinking defense. They’ve put a lot of emphasis on their defense. They take pride in it, and they have certain guys that know, ‘This is what I do defensively.’ And not only do those guys play defense, but they also are playing offense at a high rate. And I’m talking about Grant Williams, who’s supposed to be a defender and ends up having seven 3s in Game 7, and Marcus Smart. Now, the problem with Marcus Smart is he could play you into the game as well as he could play you out of the game sometimes with his aggressive offensive approach…”

It remains to be seen if the Boston Celtics are able to win the NBA Finals and get their first title since the 2008 season. With Jayson Tatum at the helm, that outcome is entirely possible.

The Golden State Warriors won’t be an easy matchup, though, as they are an elite team that has been there before. What’s certain is that the Finals will be exciting this year, and we’ll have to wait to see who comes out on top.
