The Golden State Warriors have not been a consistent team this year, despite the fact that they won the championship in 2022 and have a lot of talent on their roster. As of right now, the Golden State Warriors are 21-22 on the season and are in a play-in tournament position in the Western Conference.

After their recent loss to the Chicago Bulls, many fans sounded the alarm on the Golden State Warriors, with some claiming that they aren’t contenders. After the game though, Klay Thompson boldly claimed that he wasn’t worried about the Warriors, and is more concerned with getting to the playoffs healthy, with a “decent seed” being preferable.

None. Zero. Just get us there healthy in one piece, hopefully with a decent seed.

It remains to be seen how well the Golden State Warriors will do for the rest of this season. They definitely could bounce back, but they need to fix their inability to win on the road if they are to get far in the playoffs.

Stephen Curry Wants The Warriors To Make A Trade

Many have floated the idea that the Golden State Warriors should make a win-now trade. In fact, a recent report revealed that franchise superstar Stephen Curry wants the team to make a trade. This stance makes sense, as the Golden State Warriors are a veteran team that only has a limited window to win a title.

“Steph lets it be known, and he has let it be known that he is going to be 35 [in March], and he does not have time to wait for James Wiseman to make trips to the G League,” a Western Conference executive told Deveney. “He also is not of the mindset that they won a championship last year, and they should be satisfied with that – he will be pissed, frankly, if they do nothing and they lose in the play-in or something.”

It remains to be seen if the Golden State Warriors do in fact make a deal to improve the team immediately. There have been previous reports that have suggested they won’t be dealing any player, which is likely going to upset Stephen Curry based on the information above.

Hopefully, though, we see the Golden State Warriors make an immediate move to help Stephen Curry win another championship. He is the best player in their franchise history, and he deserves the opportunity to compete at the highest level when he is still in his prime.
