John Wall is a former All-Star who is currently a player for the Los Angeles Clippers. He joined them this offseason after having his contract bought out by the Houston Rockets.

Recently, Clippers star Paul George has claimed that he is “hyped” about playing with John Wall, also saying that he “looks good”. John Wall notably sat out last season for the Houston Rockets despite him being entirely healthy, as the franchise was rebuilding and trying to let young guards like Kevin Porter Jr. and Jalen Green get playing time.

“[I’m] hyped about playing with J. Wall. Hey Clipper Nation, he looks good too. Looks real good.”

John Wall has notably excited to join the Los Angeles Clippers, claiming that he doesn’t “have to be Batman” for the Clippers to win on a nightly basis. There’s no doubt that this is an understandable feeling, as trying to carry a team by oneself is a heavy burden.

“I don’t have to do it every night, I don’t have to be Batman every night for us to win,” Wall said on Saturday at the Las Vegas Summer League. “That’s the ultimate goal for me is [at] this part of my career, I don’t want to have to be the Batman every night to try to win. On our team that we have, I think anyone can be Batman.”

It remains to be seen how well the Los Angeles Clippers end up doing next season. Many people believe that they will be among the top contenders next year, and perhaps we will end up seeing them win the championship next season.

However, even with the amount of talent they have, a championship for the Los Angeles Clippers is far from guaranteed. They will have to take the time to gel and develop chemistry, and hopefully, they are able to do so.
