The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the LA Clippers for the 4th and final time this season. The Lakers looked very poor against the Clippers, a statement that has been applicable to the Lakers for almost the entire season. And one former Lakers legend wasn’t happy with what he saw from the Los Angeles Lakers.

On Inside The NBA on TNT, Shaquille O’Neal spoke about the Los Angeles Lakers losing to the LA Clippers. Shaq noted that he didn’t see the Lakers get angry after losing to the Clippers, and mentioned that he would be furious to lose the Clippers, especially with Reggie Jackson dancing around the way that he was (9:56 onwards).

“I think I see what the problem is. Nobody’s mad. I’m telling you now, I’m losing to the Clippers somebody get beat up that night, in the locker room… The problem to me is ain’t nobody mad. I’d be pissed if I lost to the Clippers and Reggie Jackson out there C-walking and dancing with a damn bird.”

Shaq wasn’t the only panelist on Inside The NBA that was upset with the way the Lakers played. Charles Barkley even went as far as to say that he would not say the word ‘Lakers’ till they turned things around because they are currently playing in a way that’s not befitting of the name.

LeBron James spoke after the game about the Lakers’ loss to the Clippers, noting that the Clippers were the better team throughout the course of their season series. On top of that, he spoke about the defensive deficiencies of the Lakers, and how it has held them back from being successful this season.

The Lakers will need a miracle to make any kind of championship run this season. But given the wealth of talent they have, it will be difficult to write them off entirely, especially because they have LeBron James on the squad.
