The Los Angeles Clippers Have Acquired Eric Bledsoe For Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo, And Daniel Oturu

The Los Angeles Clippers have recently re-signed Kawhi Leonard, but the superstar will likely miss most of next season due to his ACL injury. While they will still employ the services of Paul George, it is clear that they need additions to the roster to stay competitive.

It looks as if the Los Angeles Clippers are bringing in reinforcements, as they have acquired Eric Bledsoe from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo, and Daniel Oturu. Bledsoe will give them another scoring option at either guard position to pair with Reggie Jackson.

The Los Angeles Clippers are trading Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo and Daniel Oturu to the Memphis Grizzlies for guard Eric Bledsoe, sources tell ESPN.

Eric Bledsoe is yet another veteran that the Clippers have added to their roster. It seems his acquisition furthers the idea that even without Kawhi Leonard, the Los Angeles Clippers will still try to be competitive next season. Bledsoe is a great defensive guard, and he can slash to the rim fairly well. He will be a player who can take on ball-handling duties when Paul George is off the court.

While losing a good playmaker in Rajon Rondo and a great defender in Patrick Beverley may be tough for the Los Angeles Clippers, it looks as if they were looking for someone who could create their own offense and finish at the rim. Hopefully, Eric Bledsoe can be a part of helping the Clippers remain competitive next season.
