Stephen Curry, Jordan, Trae Young And Other NBA Stars Reaction To Luka Doncic’s Game Winner Against The LA Clippers

2 Min Read

Luka Doncic is a special talent. That’s something we know already, and he continues to demonstrate it every time he sets foot on the court.

However, it seems like the Luka Doncic legend has reached an all-time high tonight. The sophomore out of Real Madrid shook off Reggie Jackson and hit a ridiculous game-winning three-pointer in overtime to tie the series 2-2.

Doncic was hurt, Porzingis didn’t even play, yet the Mavericks climbed back from a double-digit deficit and held their own vs. the Clippers until the very end. Needless to say, the internet was flooded by players amazed by Doncic’s shot, with LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Trae Young, Bradley Beal, Zach LaVine, and even Michael Jordan shouting out the young gun:

Luka Doncic had 43 points, 17 rebounds, 13 assists, 2 steals, a1 block, and 4 three-pointers and was +11 in 45 minutes vs. the Clippers. He was clearly struggling with the ankle he rolled in Game 3 but none of that seemed to matter when the rock was in his hand.

Doncic has now posted back-to-back triple-doubles vs. the Los Angeles Clippers and Doc Rivers doesn’t seem to have an answer for him with Patrick Beverley out with a calf injury. Paul George’s shot isn’t falling and he’s also had a tough time trying to keep the Slovenian in check.

There’s a reason why the Mavericks were so high on this young guy. He’s used to this kind of pressure, as he proved by becoming the youngest Euroleague MVP ever. Now, he’s ready to prove his worth in the greatest competition in the world.
