Chris Haynes Reveals What Stephen Curry Told Giannis Antetokounmpo

Stephen Curry had a little chat with Giannis Antetokounmpo after the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Golden State Warriors, 107-98, on Wednesday night. Cameras caught the moment when Steph told Giannis ‘let’s do it, c’mon man’ at the end of the game.

If that wasn’t enough, Curry reportedly gifted the Greek Freak a signed jersey with a long note attached to it. This has raised a lot of eyebrows in the league, as some consider Curry was tampering when he invited Giannis to ‘do it’.

Well, there is nothing to worry about, apparently, as Steph has clarified his comments, stating he was inviting Giannis to team up with him in a video game. According to Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes, the 2x MVP asked Antetokounmpo to team up with him, just not in the NBA but in PUBG.

This has to be one of the lamest excuses heard in the NBA, but that’s what Steph says. Perhaps texting Giannis or tagging him on Twitter would have done the job, but the Warriors point guard apparently likes to discuss these matters face to face.

Antetokounmpo has been linked with the Warriors for some time now, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if Steph was doing a little recruitment work. However, that’s not allowed and this PUBG excuse doesn’t sound pretty convincing.
