Kevin Durant is one of the best basketball players in the league, him being well-known for his versatile game and his scoring ability. Kevin Durant was traded to the Phoenix Suns ahead of the trade deadline and was having an elite year, averaging 29.7 PPG, 6.7 RPG, and 5.5 APG prior to getting moved.

Though most people know Kevin Durant for his ability on the court, it seems as though he has skills off the court as well. Recently, when asked by a reporter about his ability to be a “player”, Kevin Durant stated that he is “a ten” in that department.

Rizz? Explain that. How player I am? A 10.

Kevin Durant is someone that is generally private, and we don’t hear much about his personal life in the media. However, it is clear that he is confident in his abilities there, and it seems as though we’ll just have to take his word for this.

Kevin Durant Thinks He Can Win A Championship With The Phoenix Suns

The Phoenix Suns acquiring Kevin Durant was a league-altering move, and they are definitely one of the best teams in the Western Conference, and they have the talent to win a championship. In fact, even Kevin Durant has stated that the team has “all the pieces to be successful”.

“We’ve got all the pieces to be successful,” Durant said.

Kevin Durant is absolutely right here, as he will be joining a solid core featuring Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Deandre Ayton. On paper, the team has a really high ceiling, and if we see them develop chemistry and gel, the Suns could become a dominant force in the Western Conference.

Of course, there is some pressure on Kevin Durant to win a championship with the Phoenix Suns given the amount of talent on the roster and his own stature as a player. The star has admitted as much, claiming that there is pressure simply because he is one of the best to ever play. With that being said, this is definitely a good situation for him, and it is clear that Kevin Durant could be the piece that helps push the Phoenix Suns over the top.

Hopefully, we see Kevin Durant find success in the future. There’s no doubt that he has the ability to be the No. 1 option on a championship team, and hopefully, he ends up winning with the Suns.
