The Golden State Warriors are about to face the most important game of their 2022-23 NBA season so far, and the team could enter Golden 1 Center with a big problem.

A recent video surfaced showing an awkward moment between Jordan Poole and Draymond Green. As the Warriors players went to the bench, Green welcomed everybody, but Poole wasn’t having any of that and shrugged off the big man.

To make things worse, Stephen Curry tried to check on Poole but the guard was visibly upset about something and barely paid attention to Steph. This is questionable behavior, especially knowing that these two are captains of the team and don’t mean anything bad to you.

Even so, it’s understandable if he doesn’t want to talk with Green, who knocked Poole out during a preseason altercation. But for Curry, it’s weird to think that somebody on his team would treat him this way.

This situation left fans wondering what could’ve been happening in the Warriors locker room right now, especially before a crucial game like the seventh against the Sacramento Kings.

Jordan Poole Hasn’t Had The Best Series vs. Kings

If you’ve been watching this series, you know that Jordan Poole has been a shell of himself. In the beginning, he was reportedly mad at the lack of minutes, but Poole hasn’t really shown that he’s deserving of more playing time.

Steve Kerr reflected after he recorded another poor performance in Game 6, saying that his player tried and tried but couldn’t connect all night long.

Now, the Warriors are heading back to Sacramento, where they hope to get the fourth and final win of this series. The Los Angeles Lakers are waiting in the second round, and whoever gets this win will have the home-court advantage over the Purple and Gold.

If the Warriors want to advance, they’ll need Poole to get it together and listen to the ones that want him to be better.
