Kevin Garnett took a shot at Elon Musk after a fake tweet under the ‘Big Ticket’s name saw Draymond Green tear him apart.

A fake tweet from @TheNBACentel, a parody account of the actual sports handle, @TheNBACentral had Green responding to one of their fake tweets — this time under KG’s name.

“Draymond punching JP is like a senior punching a freshman who’s half his size and than walks around talking himself as if like he’s that. Come try me Dray,”

To which Green responded:

“I tried you when I was a Rookie KG, and you started talking to yourself like I wasn’t talking to you. What’s that like? The freshman picking on a senior citizen that’s double his size?”

And KG fired back at Musk saying:

That’s a fake tweet. “NBA Centel”… @elonmusk see wtf is happening. Fix it.

Surely, Green will throw in an apology for it, but it was good to see KG take it in good humor but warn Musk of how a case of fake tweets can land a person in a world of trouble.

Draymond Green Has Been Making Headlines This Week

It’s been Draymond Green all week ever since content from his appearance on the Patrick Beverley Podcast rolled out.

From talking about his infamous punching incident with Jordan Poole, to sharing thoughts on his relationship with newly-minted Warriors teammate Chris Paul, the veteran forward has been in the news all day.

All eyes will be on Green next season as he plays alongside Paul and faces off against Poole when Golden State plays the Washington Wizards. For now, it’s an offseason that he can use to relax, although he’s been churning solid buzz off the court.

Green inked a four-year $100 million extension to stay with the team earlier in the free agency, and that means he will be a Warrior for the foreseeable future. Can he restore the glory back to the Bay area with another title? That’s something time will tell.
