The Phoenix Suns got a big win against the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 4 of their first-round series. With Kawhi Leonard out of action once again, the Suns took care of business, and now are heading back home with a 3-1 advantage.

It was a hard-fought game until the final three minutes of the match when Kevin Durant and Chris Paul took over for the Arizonians. Following the game, many fans reacted to the Suns taking a commanding 3-1 lead.

Some quickly pointed out this series is pretty much over after this.

Some said the refs helped them.

Many fans criticized the Suns for struggling to beat a team without their two stars on the court.

Kawhi Leonard remains sidelined and according to recent reports, his return is a big question mark for the Clippers. After suffering a sprained knee, he’ll be out probably for the next game, pretty much ending his team’s hopes to make it to the second round of the playoffs.

Russell Westbrook’s Incredible Game Didn’t Help Clippers Win

Russell Westbrook tried really hard to help his team, but his efforts weren’t enough to get past the overpowered Suns. Brodie finished the game with 37 points, including clutch shots to keep his team in the game, to go along with 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

However, Russ had a big competition with Kevin Durant, who went off with 31 points. Devin Booker scored 30 on his own and Chris Paul added 19 to show the way at Crypto.com Arena.

Game 5 is scheduled for this Tuesday at Footprint Center. The Suns will try to capitalize on Kawhi’s absence and finish the job against the undermanned Clippers. Under different circumstances, this series would be completely different, but sadly, injuries are part of the game.

The Clippers will try to steal one game from Phoenix again, but right now, that’s unlikely to happen.
