Reggie Miller: “If I’m Donovan Mitchell, Devin Booker, Jason Tatum, I’ve Got Beef. You Can’t Tell Me They Weren’t One Of The Top 15 Players This Season.”

The NBA just released the All-NBA Teams and, as it happens every single year, everybody had a lot to say about it.

The league features so many good players that choosing the best 15 is an almost impossible task year in and year out, so there are always multiple snubs.

That’s why Hall of Famer Reggie Miller took to Twitter to speak on behalf of Jayson Tatum, Donovan Mitchell, and Devin Booker, who he believes should be infuriated after not making the cut:

“If I’m Donovan Mitchell, Devin Booker, Jason Tatum, I’ve got BEEF. You can’t tell me they weren’t one of the top 15 players this season,” Miller tweeted.

While we agree with  Miller that they did enough merits to get the nod this season, it’s hard to say that any of the 15 players who made the cut didn’t deserve it as well. It happens, it’s just the way it is.

Hopefully, these 3 young gunners will take it personally and take their game to a whole new level so the league can’t ignore them anymore. Donovan Mitchell and Devin Booker are still in the playoffs so they have the ultimate chance to prove that they made a mistake.

As for Jayson Tatum, he’ll have a full offseason to continue working on his craft and blossoming as one of the best players in the world, especially now that the Boston Celtics will have a new coach and likely to make several moves as well.

It’s impossible to please everybody around the league. At this rate, it seems like the league will have to create the All-NBA fourth and fifth teams as well just so no one can complain.

But that’s what makes it so special. Not everyone gets that distinction. Even if it can be unfair at times.
