The Los Angeles Lakers walked out of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana with a 120-119 win over the Indiana Pacers, courtesy of an incredible LeBron James buzzer-beater to seal the win.

After blowing a nearly 20-point lead and entering the final possession of the game down by one point, James tipped a Luka Doncic miss into the basket with no time to spare, sealing a much-needed win.

The Lakers came into this contest having lost three straight games, so they desperately needed a win tonight to keep their Playoff push alive. Thankfully, LeBron delivered the same, with fans lauding the 40-year-old forward.

“LeBron talked shit about Stephen A and hit a game winner on his network all in the span of a day. Truly the greatest we’ve ever seen,” said one fan, summing up the incredible day James had.

“LeBron hitting a game-winner today of all days. This dude is the funniest player of all time,” said one more fan about the timing of LeBron’s clutch bucket.

“Quite the finish of quite the day for LeBron. The (king) stay the (king),” said Nick Wright about LeBron’s incredible day as well.

“LeBron so good they drew up a game-winner for Dorian Finney Smith and we don’t have to talk about it,” said one fan, observing how the play hadn’t been drawn up for LeBron, who got an offensive rebound tip-in to secure this win.

“Y’all really thought LeBron James wasn’t going to score ten points in this game?” said one fan who observed how James was struggling for the first three quarters of the game.

“I think LeBron just hit his first buzzer-beating game-winner as a Laker. Wow, what a finish,” said a Clippers fan who had to admit it was a great moment for LeBron.

James finished the game with 13 points (4-12 FG) and 13 rebounds, completely rewriting the story on what would’ve been discussed as his worst game of the season.

LeBron scored just three points with zero field goals made through three quarters, the first time in his career he went that long without making a field goal. He scored 10 in the fourth quarter to help the Lakers overcome a putrid third quarter where they gave the game away after being up by almost 20 points at halftime.

This was the eighth buzzer-beater of LeBron’s career, the second-most in NBA history behind Michael Jordan (9). He also became the oldest player in NBA history to hit a buzzer-beater.

LeBron wouldn’t have been in a position to seal the win if Luka Doncic hadn’t dropped 34 points (11-21 FG), seven rebounds, and seven assists during the game, one of his best performances as a Laker so far. This dynamic duo can find ways to win almost any game in the NBA, with tonight being yet another shining example of the same.
