The Kevin Durant trade saga is no closer to being resolved than it was 20 days back. The situation remains stuck at Kevin Durant waiting to get traded to a championship contender team.

While there have been many offers made, the Brooklyn Nets haven’t liked any. Since KD still has four years left on his contract, the Nets can take as much time as they need to make a decision.

But Durant’s trade request has had a negative effect on the rest of the league. Due to the fact that KD is one of the best players in the league, and wherever he joins next could alter the power balance, other teams are waiting to sign other players.

This has led to a list of notable NBA free agents still in search of a contract from any NBA team.

Remaining Free Agents:

Collin Sexton
Dennis Schroder
DeMarcus Cousins
Carmelo Anthony
Blake Griffin
Hassan Whiteside
LaMarcus Aldridge
Dwight Howard
Montrezl Harrell
Lou Williams
Jeremy Lamb
Rajon Rondo
Josh Jackson
Eric Bledsoe
Juancho Hernangomez
Markieff Morris
Eric Paschall

With the NBA offseason in full flow, there is still plenty of time for teams to sign any of these free agents. All of them are good players and can really help bolster a team’s bench.

Teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, and Dallas Mavericks are some of the top destinations to look out for. Because most players on the list have been linked to these franchises at one time or another during the offseason.
