The Golden State Warriors shockingly lost Game 1 at home to the Boston Celtics. There is no doubt that the outcome was surprising due to the Warriors’ usual dominance on their home floor, and because they had a 12-point lead going into the fourth quarter.
One of the Warriors players that underperformed offensively was Draymond Green, who shot only 2-12 from the field and went 0-4 from 3PT range. There’s no doubt that the Warriors will need more offensive from him if they are to win this series.
Draymond Green’s subpar offensive performance has brought on a lot of haters on social media. Draymond Green has recently clapped back at those haters, sarcastically making responses to the things he’s been hearing on social media, and telling people to “shut up”.
Let me guess…. Go to the gym Draymond you suck? I’ve been there already! How about Go watch film y’all Took an L? did that last night and today and will watch more later… SHUT UP!! 😂😂😂😂

While losing Game 1 is not an ideal start to the NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors are a team that has championship experience, and they may very well still win this series. Draymond Green has previously pointed out that the Warriors dominated that game for a large portion of it, and stated that the team will be “fine” going forward:
“We pretty much dominated the game for the first 41, 42 minutes. So, we’ll be fine.”
It remains to be seen if the Golden State Warriors are able to bounce back in Game 2, One would expect it to happen as it is unlikely they lose two in a row at home, but the Boston Celtics could end up winning another one on the road if they play their best game.
Draymond Green has previously proclaimed that the Golden State Warriors would end up winning the 2022 championship, and we’ll see if that becomes a reality. Hopefully, we see a competitive series going forward, and based on the talent on both squads, no game will come easy for either team.
