“And as soon as they let us out, we were walking by a parking garage and a car rolled up. And me being an idiot, I did like a little ho od slide on it. Didn’t really get a good hood slide. There was precipitation in the air, I was wearing jeans so I got stuck. But the guy gets out of the car, waves down a cop. Cops come up, hit me up, I’m like ‘Yo, for a hood slide?’ Thanks, Paul.”
This is a hilarious story, and it’s wild to think that Edelman got that drunk with Paul Pierce despite them playing different sports. But athletes have a brotherhood that extends beyond just their sport, and this is an example of that.
