The 2021-22 NBA season is done and dusted, with the Golden State Warriors becoming the champions. Now, teams are already preparing for the 2022-23 NBA season, which means a lot of activities will take place in the NBA free agency.
Speaking of which, the much-anticipated day is here and free agency will officially begin at 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Before the free agency starts, NBA teams are already keeping an eye on big-name free agents.
The likes of Zach LaVine and Bradley Beal are unrestricted free agents. As a last-minute surprise, James Harden has also opted out of his player option. But one thing that all three of them have in common is that they are expected to re-sign with their current teams.
While LaVine and Beal are looking to secure the bag, Harden is expected to sign a short-term deal with the Philadelphia 76ers. But apart from these three, there are more free agents who can have a huge impact on the outcome of next season’s results.

The above-mentioned post gives a peek at which players are the big-name free agents for this offseason. Anyway, upon seeing the list, many fans reacted to it. Some in a positive way, while many criticized the list for adding the likes of Patty Mills and Bobby Portis to it.

As we mentioned earlier, the biggest names on the list are all expected to re-sign with their current teams. Keeping that in mind, this year’s free agent class is not that strong.
If Beal, LaVine, or Harden decide to change their minds at the last moment, then things could become very interesting. But to be honest, it is very unlikely that either of them leaves their current teams.
