The Golden State Warriors have won yet another championship. There is no doubt that this was an amazing run for the team. They have solidified their status as one of the best dynasties of modern basketball.

While a lot of the attention is on Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson, there were other players that were big contributors during this run. Notably, Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins stepped up big in the playoffs.

After the game, Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins were spotted celebrating, with them joking about how both were about to get “a bag” during their next contract extension.

Jordan Poole: "Where we going?"

Andrew Wiggins: "I'm going toooooo… Maf*ckin Spain."

JP: "What? What, yes! Yes, we can do that! You a world champion… And you bout to get a BAG!"

AW: "YOU about to get a bag!"

Though there were some concerns that the Golden State Warriors would be forced to trade Andrew Wiggins before he hits free agency next season, it would make more sense for them to give him an extension, as he was clearly the 2nd best player for the Golden State Warriors during this championship run. There were previous reports that the Golden State Warriors want to re-sign Jordan Poole as well, and perhaps Wiggins and Poole can become the Golden State Warriors’ duo of the future.

It remains to be seen if the Golden State Warriors will get back to this stage next season. The Western Conference will be tough next season. However, it is quite likely that Andrew Wiggins and Jordan Poole will get even better next season, and that will certainly be good for the Golden State Warriors.
