Draymond Green On Yelling At James Wiseman Instead Of Klay Thompson: “For Years, We Were The Young Guys On The Team. So The Only Guy I Really Could Yell At Was Klay. Now Klay’s The Old Guy, Can’t Yell At Him Anymore.”

Draymond Green is known as an enforcer for the Golden State Warriors. Since his debut in 2012, Dray has always stepped up to hold his teammates accountable and bring energy to the squad.

For years, Klay Thompson has been the one to hear Green’s mouth the most, and it’s hard to argue with the results.

But, with Thompson being 30-years-old, it’s fair to say things have changed. In a chat with ESPN’s Rachel Nichols, the Warriors star spoke a bit about his relationship with Klay, and how it has changed over the years.

“For years, we were the young guys on the team. So the only guy I really could yell at was Klay. No one else would listen to me. Everybody else was way older than us. Now Klay’s the old guy, can’t yell at him anymore.”

The Warriors have enjoyed years of greatness and prosperity, largely predicated by the performances of Draymond, Klay, and star point guard Steph Curry.

And while their best days on the court may be behind them, Green’s passion and leadership are sure to lead them to plenty of great moments ahead. It will be interesting to see how far he pushed Wiseman.
