Snoop Dogg is a diehard Los Angeles Lakers fan and he has been for a while. And along with the team and the fanbase, he has also been thoroughly enjoying their first-round win against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The players on the Los Angeles Lakers, and even a lot of their fans stayed silent despite provocation from the Memphis Grizzlies earlier in the series. But it’s been an open season since they won, and now Snoop Dogg has also gotten in on the act.

Dillon Brooks said earlier in the series that he didn’t respect LeBron James’s game at this time because he hadn’t dropped 40 points while being guarded by Brooks. As the post shared by Snoop Dogg showed, though, 40 is the exact number the Lakers blew Brooks and the Grizzlies out by in the crucial Game 6 of the series. The poetic irony of that is not lost on anyone.

Dillon Brooks wrote a lot of checks he couldn’t cash during this series, and it backfired miserably on him. LeBron James is not one to be trifled with in the playoffs, and Brooks and the Grizzlies learned that first-hand. The fact that he refused to talk to the media after also was a very bad look for Brooks. This will blow over eventually, but for now, the Lakers seem to be enjoying their victory lap.

Dillon Brooks Has Been Trolled Endlessly Since The Game 6 Loss

The roasting has been continuous for Dillon Brooks, it seems like fans of neutral teams are going along with everyone else in taking shots at him. He has made himself unlikeable with his comments at times, but with the amount of trolling he has received, it’s hard not to feel a little bad for him. Lakers fans were going at him hard with the taunting even before Game 6 began.

Since then fans on social media have made fun of his decision to not talk to the media after the loss. That’s not all, he had to endure some merciless banter from Lakers fans while going back to the team hotel after the game. The Lakers’ next series cannot start soon enough for Dillon Brooks, and he has some bigger things to worry about too, like where he will be playing next season.
