The Atlanta Hawks were recently eliminated by the Boston Celtics in the playoffs, and there’s no doubt that many expected this outcome. Still, the Hawks had a competitive series against the Celtics, and many believe that this can be a season that sets the foundation for them to continue to win in the future.

Recently, star Trae Young spoke highly of Quin Snyder, who was hired this season to replace Nate McMillan. Young stated that Snyder can help the Hawks win a championship, but noted that it is about “bringing in the right pieces” to fit his system.

“Quin is the future,” Young said. “I believe with him here, this city’s going to win a championship. It’s just about bringing in the right pieces for him. … I think he’s gonna be great for us. I’m excited for the future with him.”

It will definitely be interesting to see what the Hawks can do next season. There is no doubt that they are a team with a lot of talent, and hopefully, Snyder can unlock their potential following this season.

In the playoffs, Trae Young averaged 29.2 PPG, 3.7 RPG, and 10.2 APG for the Atlanta  Hawks. He is definitely a player that can carry a team’s offense, and it’ll be interesting to see what moves the Hawks make to improve the roster around him this summer.

Trae Young’s Father Believes Quin Snyder Is The Best Thing To Happen To Trae Young

Quin Snyder was highly regarded as a coach at his previous stops, and there’s no doubt that he could be a difference-maker for the Atlanta Hawks. In fact, Trae Young’s father previously claimed that Snyder is “the best thing” to happen to his son.

“If the Atlanta Hawks fans don’t see what they have with Coach Snyder then they’re blind. No disrespect at all for anyone here before, but he’s been the best thing to happen to my son since he entered the NBA.”

Hopefully, we see the Atlanta Hawks become a powerhouse next season. With another big move, they could become a special team, and it is up to the franchise to find a way to find the right player to complement Trae Young and Dejounte Murray. We will see how things go in the offseason, but it is clear that this is going to be a big summer for the franchise.
