NBA Rumors: Lonzo Ball Wants To Join The Knicks Or Bulls In 2021 Offseason

2 Min Read

Lonzo Ball is set to become a restricted free agent this summer, and his potential landing spot is going to be an interesting thing to watch as the offseason players out.

We don’t yet know where Lonzo will land, but we do know which teams he is interested in: the New York Knicks and Chicago Bulls. Here’s what an agent told Evan Massey of Hoop Analysis Network:

“Lonzo enjoys playing for the Pelicans but isn’t a fan of New Orleans. However, he really wants to end up with the Knicks or Bulls. That has been a dream of his. It’s likely he will try to leave this offseason.”

Lonzo, 23, is hitting a pivotal moment in his career. As he continues to grow and develop his game, he is going to play an increasingly large role. Even now, he is seen as a core member of New Orleans, averaging 14.2 points, 5.6 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game on 42.5% shooting.

Clearly, he is open to playing a big role, and he seems to prefer a larger market.

Whether in New York or the Windy City, ‘Zo is going to be under a major spotlight next season.
